Brett and I began our journey September 7, 2005. I was a 14-year-old freshman and Brett was a 16-year-old junior. We met in the Henderson High School Marching Band... and it was a pretty typical beginning.
One thing that set our relationship apart from any others I had been in was both of our desires to do the Lord's work and follow the calling He had for our own individual lives. We also each had a desire to keep Jesus in the center of our relationship in keeping purity and spiritual growth constant. As our relationship progressed, we soon realized that we saw our future together and planned to "one day" live our lives together serving the Lord.
On July 30, 2011 I was asked the biggest question of my life.... "Brandi, will you be my wife?" With a squeal, I of course answered "YES!" and soon began planning our wedding. We got married on May 28, 2011 and have had such a wonderful life together as newly weds. We are currently living in the Garland area and are serving at Stillwater Community Church in Rowlett, Texas.
We have been blessed.
